What is Finnish Corporate Law Association?
The purpose of the Finnish Corporate Law Association is to promote Finnish corporate law and knowledge of it in Finland and abroad and to promote and develop international comparative corporate law. The association arranges regular seminars and discussion events on topics related to corporate law as well as promotes research of corporate law through grants and awards.
The association aims to create and maintain contacts with international organizations involved with corporate law.
